A, the motor fever
First of all, exclude the electrical fault caused by the motor fever, mechanical failure is generally high-speed motor bearing damage or bearing clearance, resulting in high-speed motor rotor friction with the stator when rotating at high speed, or bearing lack of grease, cooling exhaust fan does not work or damaged. General replacement of motor bearings or bearings with the right amount of grease, check whether the exhaust fan is good, remove the dirt on the exhaust fan.
Second, the motor vibration
Vibration causes in addition to bearing damage, high-speed motor fastening bolts loose or motor pulley and motor shaft clearance is too large to cause vibration of the motor. At this time, we need to replace the motor bearings or bearings with grease, tighten the motor and machine bed connection bolts, check the dynamic balance of the pulley, pulley bore size and the motor spindle clearance is not too poor.
Third, the motor noise
High-speed motor noise is mainly due to motor bearing damage or bearing lack of grease caused by. Can replace the motor bearings, bearings to replace the grease, the best use of high-temperature grease, and grease application to the appropriate amount.
Fourth, the processing size is not stable
Spindle bearing damage or bearing clearance is too large or too small can cause the size of the processed product is unstable.
Kenken proposes that the spindle bearings can be replaced by inspection. Severe bearing wear will directly affect the dimensional accuracy of the machined workpiece and the surface roughness of the workpiece. Adjust the thickness of the bearing clearance adjustment pad to optimise the axial and radial runout of the spindle.
